England At Home accept most credit/debit cards and cheques (payable to England At Home Ltd). As a primarily retail organisation, we do understand that mail order can never give the benefits of handling goods before purchase, and that occasionally a product may be different to how it was perceived when purchased through the catalogue. In accordance with the Distance Selling Act we therefore offer an exchange or refund on goods purchased through mail order only, provided we are notified within seven days of receipt and the goods returned by you to us within fourteen days.
